I am Galia – a mother of a 11-year-old disturber, a poetry lover and a human performance partner. This site is my invitation to connect and partner on what I call human foundation work – awareness, competence and growth.

My passion for human nature dates back to my childhood and has led me through a meandering exploration of ways to understand the triggers and enablers of human behaviour. Educated in social sciences and political communication, I have built my expertise in scientific research, management consultancy, human resources, and international business. Through 20+ years in executive search, executive assessment and talent management, I have gained perspectives on corporate environment and entrepreneurship. I have designed and delivered more than 3900 executive assessment and talent management initiatives. I hold degrees and qualifications in analysis, communication, HR, behaviour sciences, assessment methodologies. I am a certified user of SHL, DISC, NEO PR, AMI, Hogan, PASSAT, MBTI and other globally recognized assessment tools. I am a trained cognitive behavioural therapist and bibliotherapist. I am an accredited professional coach (PCC) and a member of The International Coaching Federation (ICF). My coaching qualification includes also a Certificate in Neuroscience of Coaching and an ACE Journey to Mastery Certfication.
